It’s that time of year. Time to reflect upon 2020, and more importantly, set goals for 2021.
Practice TDD.
Write your tests first.
Exceed expectations.
Under promise, over deliver.
Manage your energy.
If you don’t, you will become exhausted.
Agile Principles #5: Motivation and trust are necessary.
Build projects around motivated individuals. Give them the environment and support they need, and trust them to get the job done.
